Our company specializes in manufacturing electronic-grade specialty gas cylinders. The production of gas cylinders uses specialized equipment and technology from Japan and South Korea. The company's technical team is composed of senior technicians and managers who have served in internationally renowned gas and gas cylinder manufacturing enterprises, providing services to high-end electronic specialty gas users.
We offer a variety of gas cylinders, including inner polished cylinders, inner nickel-plated coated cylinders, Y-ton cylinders, T drums, Aluminum cylinders, and Stainless steel cylinders.
Inner Polished Cylinders: Suitable for most electronic specialty gases and ultra-high purity gases. The cylinder main spec will be follow :
Manufacturing Standard: DOT-3AA / GB5099 / ISO9809-1
Cylinder Material: 30CrMo (4130X), 37Mn
Working Pressure: 15MPa (2175psi), 20MPa (3000psi)
Working Temperature: -40°C ~ 60°C
Internal Treatment: Internal surface roughness can meet 3S (Ra ≤ 0.8μm) and 1S (Ra ≤ 0.3μm) according to user requirements
Filling Medium: NF₃, SiH₄, NH₃, Kr, Xe, HCl, HBr, Cl₂, WF₆, DCS, HF, etc.
Polishing:
• The polishing equipment uses industry-leading technology, with a centrifuge polishing machine independently designed and developed by our company. The fully automated control ensures stable quality.
• After polishing, the inner surface, shoulder, wall, and bottom of the cylinder reached a mirror-like finish. The surface roughness after polishing is Ra 0.13µm.
Cylinder Cleaning:
• Cylinders are cleaned using 18MΩ deionized water under high-pressure cleaning at a constant temperature.
• Deoiling and defatting treatment
• Metal ion removal and acid pickling passivation
• Drying with ultra-pure N2 and nitrogen protection.
Valve Installation and Inspection:
• After polishing, cylinders are placed in a clean room for inner wall polishing effect measurement and valve installation to prevent particles in the air from entering the cylinder.
• Gas pipelines and control panels in the factory are designed and constructed according to electronic specialty gas factory standards, using imported EP-grade pipeline-level valves.
• On-site testing uses 150bar/200bar 6N nitrogen with Swagelok SNOOP leak detection solution or He/N2 mixed gas for high-pressure helium leak detection.
• Multiple replacements and vacuum treatments are carried out with the following specifications: H2O < 0.1PPMV, O2 < 0.1PPMV, particles 0.1µm < 3 pieces/m³.
